Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolio
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
