Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain relay protection systems for power generation equipment
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of protective relays and associated circuitry
- Analyze system fault data and recommend protection scheme improvements
- Prepare technical documentation for maintenance activities and compliance reports
- Coordinate with engineering teams during system upgrades and expansion projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards (IEEE, IEC)
- Train junior staff on relay protection procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power system protection or relay maintenance
- Proficiency with protective relay testing equipment (e.g., Megger, Omicron)
- Knowledge of power system analysis and fault calculation methods
- Certification in relay protection (e.g., SEL, ABB) is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
