Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a high-performing reliability engineering team
- Implement CMMS/EAM systems and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies
- Oversee maintenance budgets, asset life-cycle management, and spare parts optimization
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and failure mode prevention
- Collaborate with operations to align maintenance schedules with production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Develop engineering standards and best practices across all sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years in mining/manufacturing maintenance with 5+ years in leadership
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CMRP/CRE) preferred
- Expertise in CMMS implementation and reliability methodologies
- Proven track record in reducing asset downtime by 30%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
