Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for equipment breakdowns and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment health using diagnostic tools and telematics data to forecast potential failures.
- Collaborate with field service teams to optimize maintenance intervals and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Analyze performance KPIs and prepare technical reports to provide actionable insights to management and clients.
- Manage spare parts strategy and inventory reliability to ensure critical components are available when needed.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site technicians regarding complex system troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or heavy machinery asset management.
- Proficiency in analyzing reliability data and using CMMS software.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment hydraulics, powertrain systems, and electronic control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional relationships in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
- Willingness to travel to remote project sites as required.
