Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive reliability testing protocols for semiconductor products
- Analyze failure data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop qualification plans covering environmental, electrical, and mechanical stress testing
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate reliability requirements into product design
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and reliability trends
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for testing methodologies and processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (JEDEC, AEC-Q100, etc.)
- Document test procedures and reliability reports for regulatory approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of failure analysis techniques and statistical methodologies
- Proficiency in reliability testing tools (e.g., accelerated life testing, HALT/HASS)
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication processes and component specifications
- Familiarity with industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, MIL-STD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
