Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies to enhance equipment availability and performance.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and lead corrective action initiatives.
- Conduct regular asset criticality assessments and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Utilize predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to identify potential failures early.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review engineering designs and provide input on maintainability and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering within an industrial, oil & gas, or energy sector environment.
- Proven expertise in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM) and data analytical tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to be based on Jurong Island and handle site-based operational requirements.
