- Lead reliability qualification programs for backend assembly manufacturing changes affecting IC and discrete semiconductor products
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential reliability issues in manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement corrective actions for reliability concerns across production lines
- Analyze reliability data using statistical methods to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure product robustness
- Maintain documentation for reliability testing procedures and qualification reports
- Monitor and report on key reliability metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability engineering or semiconductor quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of reliability testing methodologies (HALT, HASS, ESS)
- Familiarity with backend assembly processes for ICs and discrete semiconductors
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with FMEA, FTA, and other risk assessment techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
