In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our equipment reliability strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mechanical assets, ensuring that downtime is minimized through proactive maintenance planning and data-driven project control. You will lead a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and spare parts management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive mechanical maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and overall plant efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the mechanical maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project controls for mechanical upgrades, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets industry standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, identifying critical components to minimize supply chain disruptions and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
- Analyze equipment failure data to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate maintenance schedules with production requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and company safety protocols during all mechanical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically within the manufacturing or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance methodologies (e.g., vibration analysis, lubrication management).
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and handle vendor/contractor relationships.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on downtime reduction and operational optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
