Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive reliability testing protocols for server hardware components including motherboards, power supplies, and storage systems
- Execute various stress, environmental, and longevity tests to identify potential hardware failures under different operating conditions
- Analyze test results using statistical methods and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for design improvements
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to develop reliability-focused design solutions and validate product specifications
- Develop and maintain test equipment, fixtures, and procedures to ensure accurate and repeatable testing results
- Stay updated with industry testing standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD) and incorporate best practices into testing methodologies
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with a focus on hardware reliability
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware reliability testing, preferably in server or data center equipment
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, standards (JEDEC, MIL-STD), and specialized testing equipment
- Familiarity with server hardware architecture, components, and common failure modes
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and data interpretation for reliability assessment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and documentation
- Strong communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
