Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a knack for logistics? Fast Distribution Corporation is seeking a high-energy Relief Salesman to join our team in Calbayog City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a vital support system for our Ex-Truck Sales operations, ensuring seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction.
As a Relief Salesman, you will step in to cover key sales routes, managing product distribution and collection activities with precision. We are looking for someone who is dependable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the distribution sector while contributing directly to our market presence in Samar.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assume full responsibility for Ex-Truck Sales routes during staff absences or scheduling gaps.
- Execute daily sales targets to ensure volume consistency across assigned territories.
- Manage the end-to-end collection process for delivered products, ensuring accurate accounting of cash and checks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks on the delivery vehicle to maintain stock accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing retail customers.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and documentation for management review.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and traffic regulations during transit.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, delivery, or route-based customer service.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restrictions.
- Strong numerical skills for accurate cash handling and collection reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading and unloading of goods.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work in Calbayog City, Samar.
