Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for Buddhist and Muslim religious studies tailored to student age groups.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, interfaith dialogue, and respect.
- Assess student progress through meaningful evaluations and provide constructive feedback for spiritual and academic growth.
- Organize school activities, discussions, or events that promote character development and moral excellence.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to integrate religious studies into the broader school curriculum.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in ongoing school professional development programs to uphold our 'Lifelong Learners' ethos.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a religious or general academic setting.
- Strong understanding of both Buddhist and Muslim teachings, values, and traditions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex discussions in a sensitive, age-appropriate manner.
- Commitment to the pedagogical values of Temasek Independent School.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
