Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify loan documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Monitor loan statuses and prepare the necessary paperwork for foreclosure processes.
- File legal documents with relevant government offices to ensure proper loan annotation.
- Assist the legal department in the preparation and filing of cases related to loan recovery.
- Maintain organized records of all loan documents and legal filings for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of case papers.
- Update loan ledgers and ensure data integrity within the banking management system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Legal Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in loan documentation, foreclosure, or legal support.
- Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and foreclosure procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
