PT Mitra Solusi Lelang is currently seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Remedial Officer to join our dynamic team in Kediri. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial recovery operations, ensuring the effective management of non-performing accounts while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
As a Remedial Officer, you will be tasked with executing recovery strategies, conducting field visits, and negotiating settlements to achieve company targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to follow up on non-performing accounts or delinquent clients.
- Negotiate payment schedules and settlements professionally with customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding collection activities and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify account documentation and asset statuses.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and collection efforts in the system.
- Provide solutions and guidance to clients regarding their repayment obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in debt collection, recovery, or field-based operations is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with the Kediri area and its surroundings.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting purposes.
