Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the collection of overdue accounts for the automotive financing portfolio.
- Conduct direct communication with delinquent clients via telephone, email, and on-site visits to negotiate payment plans.
- Analyze individual customer financial situations to identify the root cause of delinquency and propose sustainable remedial solutions.
- Prepare accurate reporting on collection activities, aging reports, and recovery status for management review.
- Collaborate with internal legal and sales departments to resolve complex payment disputes and prevent bad debt.
- Maintain comprehensive records of collection efforts and client interactions in the internal database.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical collection practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in collections, remedial, or recovery roles, preferably within the automotive or banking industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for data management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly collection targets.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for field-based activities if required.
