Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
- Conduct direct outreach to clients via phone, visits, or correspondence to negotiate payment solutions.
- Prepare accurate documentation and reports regarding collection activities and progress.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain thorough records of client interactions and follow-up schedules in our database.
- Ensure all recovery activities adhere to legal regulations and internal corporate policies.
- Participate in periodic performance evaluations and strategy meetings to improve recovery efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to achieving performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office: Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Must be willing to be based in Cilacap and handle field visits if required.
