Tanggung Jawab
- Execute vehicle repossessions and collections for clients with payment delays (1-60 days overdue)
- Conduct professional client negotiations to secure payment settlements or asset returns
- Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams for complex recovery cases
- Monitor payment trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Achieve monthly collection targets and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in collections, banking, or asset recovery
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with clear communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and asset management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Nagan Raya
