We are seeking a dedicated Remedial Officer/Field Collector to join our dynamic team at Sinar Jernih Suksesindo. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing debt recovery operations through direct field engagement with clients. You'll investigate delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and implement remedial strategies to minimize financial losses for our financial institution. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in face-to-face interactions and possesses strong problem-solving skills to resolve payment disputes effectively.
As a key member of our recovery team, you will maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities, collaborate with legal departments when necessary, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 months of field collection experience, demonstrating resilience and professionalism when handling challenging debtor situations. - Conduct field visits to meet debtors and negotiate repayment plans

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of field collection experience (bucket collector role)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in diverse field environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in basic record-keeping systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
