PT Mitra Solusi Lelang is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Remedial Officer to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing non-performing loan portfolios, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring the recovery of assets while maintaining excellent client relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to debtors to facilitate payment collection and resolution of non-performing accounts.
- Monitor and analyze assigned loan portfolios to identify early-stage and high-risk arrears.
- Perform intensive communication and negotiation with debtors to reach mutually beneficial repayment agreements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all collection activities and progress updates.
- Collaborate with internal legal and administrative teams to process asset recovery documentation.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding recovery progress and portfolio performance.
- Ensure all recovery activities strictly comply with company policies, banking regulations, and ethical collection standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Law, Management, or Economics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collection, remedial, or recovery roles within the banking or financial services industry.
- Possess excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of debt collection regulations and legal procedures in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to perform intensive field work and travel within the Palembang area.
- Own a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong integrity and high level of professional ethics.
