Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial recovery and asset management? Maybank, one of Southeast Asia's leading banking groups, is currently seeking a motivated Remedial Officer (RO) to join our team in Palembang.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the health of the bank's credit portfolio. You will be responsible for managing non-performing accounts, negotiating solutions with clients, and ensuring compliance with established legal and collection policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and monitoring a portfolio of non-performing loans (NPL) effectively.
- Conducting direct field visits and client negotiations to reach settlement agreements.
- Ensuring all collection activities adhere to internal company policies and external banking regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports on collection progress and account status for management review.
- Collaborating with legal departments to initiate appropriate recovery actions when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all communication and payment commitments made by debtors.
- Providing professional consultation to clients regarding their payment obligations and restructuring options.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor degree in Law or related fields is an advantage).
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Proven work experience in Collection, Remedial, or Debt Recovery (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of legal aspects related to credit recovery and consumer protection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, persistence, and ability to work under target-driven pressure.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits within the Palembang area.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) for reporting purposes.
