Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage non-performing asset portfolios
- Conduct field investigations and asset assessments
- Negotiate repayment plans with debtors
- Prepare detailed remedial action reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with legal and recovery teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in asset recovery or credit management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Valid driver's license for field visits
