Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process client orders and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Coordinate logistics and communication across various Asian regions.
- Utilize Google Sheets to maintain accurate records of client accounts and transactions.
- Resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Monitor account performance and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
