- Provide high-quality customer support to 3PL/Logistics clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve shipment tracking, delivery issues, and account inquiries promptly

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, logistics background advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
