Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality resolution.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling complex customer issues, escalations, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs while maintaining a commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Provide feedback on customer pain points to management to help refine our service offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product and service changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and empathy.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in modern CRM software and communication tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
