Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex client inquiries and technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services during customer interactions to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate persistent issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Represent the AKIKA.COM brand voice consistently across all communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of high performance in a BPO, customer service, or sales-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain a stable, high-speed remote work environment.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to maximize commission-based earnings.
