Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound inquiries with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Execute professional sales scripts and retention strategies to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Provide real-time resolution to customer issues, ensuring brand loyalty and a positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and optimize communication workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services to provide authoritative, helpful guidance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen negotiation and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BPO or international customer support environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and remote work collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home-office setup.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global operations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and de-escalate complex situations.
