- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles

- Utilize various teaching resources and technology to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and video conferencing tools
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
