- Drive the sales process from initial prospecting to final contract closure.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and overcome customer objections effectively.
- Manage and update client information accurately in our CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of our high-ticket products/services to provide expert advice.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new lead sources and opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by assisting in onboarding new team members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-ticket sales or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high level of self-discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
