Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present insurance product offerings.
- Conduct professional needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry regulations, market trends, and product updates.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, or high-volume outbound sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM software).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong time management skills and the discipline to maintain a consistent work schedule.
