- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to provide policy updates and exceptional support.
- Attend scheduled online training sessions, product briefings, and team performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales lead to achieve monthly targets and contribute to team success.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years old and currently residing in the Philippines.
- Minimum educational attainment: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for financial growth.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to undergo training and the licensing process required for insurance professionals.
