Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to warm leads in a professional and engaging manner.
- Clearly present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies for optimal conversion rates.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure high retention and referral rates.
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer pain points and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus but not strictly required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Must be comfortable using basic computer applications (MS Office, email, web browsing) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with discipline and minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes and product knowledge.
