- Engage with potential clients through various remote communication channels (phone, email, chat) to present insurance products and services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations for appropriate insurance coverage.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly and accurately.
- Assist clients with the application process and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using provided CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Strive to meet and exceed part-time sales targets and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Tagalog a plus).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfortable with virtual communication tools.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive home workspace.
- Strong willingness to learn about insurance products and sales processes.
