Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-impact, professional presentations using platforms like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Create a wide range of graphic design materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, infographics, and internal communications, from concept to completion.
- Translate complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually engaging graphics and slide layouts.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Leadership) to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
- Maintain and evolve the company's brand guidelines, ensuring all visual outputs adhere to established standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of our visual content.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to improve visual storytelling and overall presentation effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Presentation Designer and/or Graphic Designer, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in presentation software including Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Apple Keynote.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of presentation and graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
