Tanggung Jawab

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a 100% remote environment.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market trends.
- Previous experience with remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, or Trello is a plus.
