Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in real estate, furniture, or home services industry
- Deep understanding of property staging principles, furniture rental models, and Malaysian property market dynamics
- Exceptional virtual presentation skills with ability to conduct compelling property assessments via video calls
- Strong negotiation abilities with track record of closing high-value service contracts
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools
- Self-motivated professional with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
