- Conduct strategic B2B prospecting to identify and engage potential clients through targeted cold calling, cold emailing, and professional networking.
- Schedule and lead compelling virtual meetings and product presentations to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Ultifresh Actiwear.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospect business needs and pain points to tailor solutions and optimize product offerings.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all interactions and progress using CRM software.
- Negotiate contracts and confidently close sales, consistently striving to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate actively with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies, develop compelling promotional materials, and enhance brand presence.
- Provide valuable market feedback and insights to internal teams, contributing to product development and sales strategy optimization.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of Ultifresh Actiwear products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related marketing role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, and disciplined to thrive independently in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and various virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and presentation skills with a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to various business environments and diverse client requirements.
- A passion for activewear, textiles, or a related industry, coupled with an understanding of market dynamics, is a significant advantage.
