- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through outbound phone calls
- Present LawnStarter's service offerings and value propositions to potential customers
- Build rapport and establish long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and techniques
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to address client inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing
- Native-level fluency in both spoken and written English
- Exceptional communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Proficient in CRM software and sales technology tools
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
