Ecube Labs is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients and driving business growth within the US market. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility of working from home while maintaining a professional schedule aligned with US Central Time (CT) business hours.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through outbound prospecting and social selling.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations via video conferencing tools.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and target specific customer segments.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional support to prospects, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience into the Ecube Labs ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar commercial role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Ability to work a fixed shift (09:00 - 17:00 CT) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
- High level of self-discipline and ability to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and video conferencing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming sales objections.
- Stable internet connection and a conducive, professional home office setup.
