Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead management.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations via video conferencing tools.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful contract closing.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM system to track sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and conversion rates to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or in a similar B2B sales role.
- Ability to work a fixed shift schedule (09:00-17:00 CT).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle objections with professionalism and resilience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
