- Lead, mentor, and manage a remote sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to expand our market presence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create professional development plans for team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a similar management role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
