Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future manufacturing/logistics roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and sourcing strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and application workflows
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive compensation
- Document recruitment metrics and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional
- Familiarity with manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry preferred
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and recruitment software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage candidates remotely
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR degree or certification a plus
