VA Masters is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to support our operations in the Manufacturing and Transport sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to discuss candidate background, skills, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
