As a Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound leads, quickly building rapport with potential customers, understanding their unique shipping requirements, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service while maximizing revenue through effective negotiation and relationship management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, email, and live chat to qualify their vehicle shipping needs.
- Build strong rapport with potential customers, guiding them through the shipping process and recommending the best solutions.
- Provide accurate and competitive shipping quotes, skillfully negotiating rates to close deals.
- Coordinate shipment schedules between customers and our carrier network to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Diligently follow up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates and sales revenue.
- Proactively resolve any customer concerns or issues that arise during the shipping process to ensure a positive experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics coordination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
