Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care for individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, meticulously assess vital signs, and promptly respond to acute changes or emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, medication adherence, and overall self-management.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and vital signs documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with DaVita's clinical policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe dialysis environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in renal, medical-surgical, or critical care settings.
- Current and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
