YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Renovation Project Manager to oversee critical data center infrastructure upgrades and facility renovations in Jakarta. In this high-stakes role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of renovation projects, ensuring that mission-critical data center environments maintain 100% uptime while undergoing construction.
The ideal candidate will combine technical construction expertise with a deep understanding of data center standards, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and stringent safety protocols. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that all renovation works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of data center renovation projects from site assessment to final handover.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and contractors to ensure design specifications meet data center Tier standards.
- Maintain strict project schedules and budget controls to prevent operational downtime.
- Manage on-site safety compliance and enforce rigorous quality control measures for all renovation activities.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, IT operations teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor construction progress daily, providing detailed reports on milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance requirements for building renovations in Jakarta.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on building renovations or mission-critical facilities.
- Proven track record of managing data center or high-tech facility construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, electrical distribution, and cooling infrastructure.
- Excellent proficiency in Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of contractors and technicians.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional English.
- PMP or relevant construction management certifications are highly preferred.
