YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Renovation Supervisor to join our team for a critical Data Center infrastructure project in Jakarta. As a Renovation Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that the renovation of our data center facilities meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and efficiency.
In this role, you will lead daily site activities, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure that all technical specifications for critical facility environments are met. If you have a proven track record in construction supervision, specifically within high-tech or sensitive utility environments, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day renovation activities at the data center site to ensure compliance with project blueprints and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Monitor material usage and equipment deployment to prevent waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for project management teams.
- Ensure all renovation work is performed according to critical facility technical requirements, including electrical and HVAC integration.
- Facilitate effective communication between site crews, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Diploma (D3) holders with extensive relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within commercial or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) schematics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of contractors and workers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
