As a Rental Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the perfect equipment and space rentals. You will handle face-to-face interactions, guiding clients through our product portfolio, and ensuring a seamless rental process. We value integrity, hard work, and a positive attitude above all else.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist walk-in customers by providing information about rental equipment and services.
- Conduct personalized product presentations and site tours to potential clients.
- Process rental agreements, check requirements, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and rental display area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma Certificate.
- No BPO experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be assigned at CNX Nuvali, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
- Presentable grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
