JY Enterprises Incorporated is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair and Maintenance Incharge to lead our engineering and construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance activities, ensuring that our facilities and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and without interruption. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical issues, overseeing repair teams, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules that minimize operational downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets. We are looking for a proactive leader who can foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring that all construction works meet strict industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of maintenance teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of all repair tasks.
- Conduct routine, thorough inspections of buildings, machinery, and equipment to identify potential wear, tear, or faults.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to reduce costs and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and material procurement.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies during all operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their technical skills, craftsmanship, and safety awareness.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding maintenance costs, inventory levels, and equipment performance status.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory maintenance role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, tools, mechanical systems, and electrical protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
- Valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel within the region for site inspections.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Fluent in English and local dialects.
