Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize repair processes for complex aero-engine components to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure all repair procedures strictly adhere to OEM manuals, aviation regulatory standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Perform detailed technical analysis and root cause investigation for component failures and repair deviations.
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide real-time engineering support.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repair turnaround times and minimize material waste.
- Draft and update technical reports, repair process specifications, and engineering work instructions.
- Participate in audits and support the maintenance of international aerospace certifications (AS9100/EASA/CAAS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace MRO or component repair environment.
- Deep understanding of aero-engine materials, heat treatment processes, and surface finishing technologies.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and OEM manuals.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and technical documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse engineering teams.
