Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps and steam systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults and execute repairs using precision tools and diagnostic software.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to ensure all equipment meets Ebara Elliott Energy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules.
- Document all repair activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a Rotating Equipment Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical background in repairing centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, and associated piping systems.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, P&ID diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines in an industrial environment.
- Valid Indonesian technical certification (SKKNI) is a plus.
