Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance operations for production machinery and equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Lead maintenance teams during emergency repairs and shutdowns
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
- Optimize maintenance processes to reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize downtime
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and automation
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance teams
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
